How does your return and exchange process work?
We do not offer exchange or return options for our personalized products. For other products, the exchange and return period is 14 days. The product must be unused and unwashed.

Do your products contain any ingredients that may cause allergies?
No, our products do not contain any substances that could harm a baby's skin. Our newborn baby sets are certified organic cotton. We generally produce fabrics that are gentle on baby skin, primarily cotton and linen.

Can you tell us about the product content?
The ingredients of each product are listed in the product description. While they vary by category, we offer a wide range of products made from 100% linen, 100% cotton, a blend of cotton and satin, and muslin.

Are your products machine-made or hand-made?
While our products primarily feature traditional handcrafting, we also utilize machine-made techniques. We recommend reading the product description for more detailed information.

Which cargo company do you work with and what is your delivery time?
Our delivery time is 3 business days, and we work with DHL. If you'd like your baby's name printed on your product, our delivery time will vary from the standard delivery time due to the meticulous and meticulous handcrafting of each product. You can contact us via the chat section of the website or via florijebaby@gmail.com. If you prefer a name printed on your product, we recommend ordering in advance based on your baby's birth date.

What are the washing instructions?
• Machine wash the product at 30°C on a delicate programme.
